CPSIA Highlights - Celebrity Media Outreach

CPSIA HIGHLIGHTS & CELEBRITY MEDIA OUTREACH
(Five Celebs & Media outlets VERY inexpensive marketing!)

In an effort to highlight the issues affecting businesses in relation to the CPSIA, we will be contacting major media outlets and celebrities to hopefully capture enough attention to bring about some "staying" changes to the laws.

As you may already know, the laws will not only affect businesses that may not be able to afford testing, but will also affect their employees when the companies are forced to shut down. This in turn will be an addition to the already high unemployment status. More families will be unable to pay for daily necessities. Stores shelves may be limited in selection...this means higher prices for consumers and....the list goes on!

If your company will be directly affected if the laws aren't amended totally OR if you are a company that is able to afford the testing and/or have products that will pass the testing and you merely SUPPORT other companies going through the motions of CPSIA, let your voice be heard!

We will be in touch with our contacts at the following major tv, radio and print outlets: Tyra Show (Tyra Banks), The Today Show (Natalie Morales), Huffington Post (Zorianna Kit), Michael Baisden Show (Micheal Baisden) and celebrity Marissa Jaret Winokur. Please email for rate. This law applies to all baby and children's products for those 12 years of age and under. All products are being accepted to highlight these issues including apparel, shoes, jewelry, bottles/feeding sets, blankets, toys, books, etc. Deadline is March 11, 2009. Please contact us immediately to reserve your company's space.

For this promotion please adhere to the following specifications:

Please submit six product samples along with six copies of (optional)

The letters should be 250 words or less, 12 pt Times New Roman font and double spaced. State in the letter How CPSIA will affect your business or Why CPSIA is unfair.

We will also create and submit a press release, mentioning all participants, to all of our traditional and online media contacts. You will receive a copy of the news release so that you may contact your local media and any other media contacts you may have. Feel free to forward this information to anyone who could benefit from the exposure. We look forward to CHANGE!!
