Celebrity Chitt's Face-to-Face Marketing Checklist
*Identify your company's objectives for the event. Plan and set achieveable goals.
*Have adequate and knowledgeable staffing hosting the exhibit.
*The exhibit should be staffed at all times. An empty booth is a lost opportunity. Several lost opportunities!
*Take time to create an attractive exhibit. Exhibits should be neat, full of life, color, still representing the image of your company. Remember that the presentation of an exhibit is a company's first impression. It will either SELL or FAIL. IMMEDIATELY!
*Keep your company's name & logo visible to its potential customers and show attendees. Take advantage of backdrops, banners, custom linen, flooring, brochures, catalogs, teaser freebies, etc.
*For trade shows, have incentives for the attendees to BUY NOW!
*For gifting suites, provide nice media teaser gifts. This may garner decent press coverage of your company and product.
*Don't assume that one staff member can handle the event alone. Any show lasting longer than three hours requires two or more representatives minimum.
*At celebrity gifting suites and trade shows, make sure there is plenty of product available in a wide range of styles, sizes and colors. Attract the majority of the attendees will fully stocked shelves. Capture their attention, get the photo!
*Exhibiting at a gifting suite or trade show allows companies to reach its target market directly, get clients on the spot and skyrocket the numbers on its bottom line.
*Utilize the advantage of displaying products, providing samples, speaking directly to your customer, meeting your company's target market.
